Upon kuccps 2024 official results announcement, students placed to Chuka University should follow the following procedure to download the letter and othe accompanying documents:
- Log in to Chuka University Website at http://www.chuka.ac.ke
- Navigate through until you get to ‘Prospective students’ menu on
- Press on Admission letters under (KUCCPS)’
- Now login in with your Surname followed by Index Number.
For example: - Enter your Index e.g
4140303030/2023 - Then Click ‘Submit’
- Here you can download your letter and print it.
On the same page to the left, you can download the following forms:
- The Student personal details
- The Medical biodata
- The Letter of acceptance of offer
- The Letter of rejection or for those to defer the offer with reasons.

- Student Original and Copies of academic certificates
- The national identity card/ passport,
- The NHIF Card
- Two coloured Passports
