Cluster 2 covers parts of Kisumu city Mombasa city Nakuru City, Nyeri area Eldoret town, Thika town , Kisii town , Malindi, and Kitale town)
This cluster covers the areas above which are normally known as major Municipalities.
Under this cluster, the House Allowance is sh 12,800.
Cluster 3: Which covers Other Former Municipalities.
Under this area, the House Allowance received the teachers is sh 9,600
Cluster 4 that includes all Other Areas
The monthly House Allowance payable to teachers under this areas is sh 8,133.
