According to TSC, teachers have a right to make a request for this transfer .
Note that there must be a marriage certificate or an affidavit as proof of marriage before the transfer gets approval.
Duration of stay
Under regular areas, a teacher must finish 5 years before seeking for a transfer, means approval comes after the 5 years since date of appointment.
This means that transfer approval can not be done for a teacher who has served at a station less than three (3) years .
