The teachers Service Commission (TSC) is likely to promote few teachers from the December 2023 concluded promotions interviews.
According to sources ,it is about 3,500 teachers who participated in the TSC December 2023 interviews that stand to get promotions to the next level.
Several of those who attended the promotions have expressed their a lot of curiosity as to why the comments has taken so long to make release the results.
Some sources to the Commission have issued a confirmation that the TSC has not yet made public the list of selected applicants for the above exercise.
In last Year , 2023 , the comments had publicized around 14,738 positions in which there were about 11,231 instructors who got promotions.
The results prompted the commission to draw attention to the state of eligibility of candidates, following .the fact that 3,507 posts were left vacant creating a gap in the results.
From the above numbers , the source claims that TSC intends to give teachers roughly 3,500 promotions.
TSC is expected to take into account several factors more than just the candidates’ interview scores.
Because of serious scrutiny, the commission will consider a number of factors that are likely to make the exercise and processing plus results release to take longer than expected.
