TSC Issues Interdiction to Deputy For Inciting Against Headteacher

The Teachers Service Commission TSC has issued a deputy headteacher with an an interdiction letter through the sub county director for allegedly inciting against his headteacher.

Details  indicate that the deputy headteacher has been working behind the scenes to have his headteacher, wanting  him to be ejected from the school by parents over poor management.

According to arena.co.ke news , more details reveal that the headteacher and his deputy  have been in several  disagreements where they were they have  been consistently  not in any good working relation.
More details  indicate that the deputy who is from the local community has been triggering the chasing out of the headteacher after the school recorded poor results in the 2023 KCPE exams.
More details  indicate too that headteacher has been facing a group of hostile men at the school gate who ordered him to leave the school compound and never to return.

These men , are said to be threatening  for violence should the headteacher chose to return to the school.

More also reveal that  the deputy and the headteacher were not in good terms following the school levies that were collected from parents.

It is also said that upon arrival, the new upon headteacher had delegated the collection of school levies to a classroom teacher when he arrived at the school from a transfer.

Earlier, the deputy headteacher was in charge of collection of the levies.

He was also in charge of levies with  PTA monies,the exam monies, the remedial monies,the  registration money  and admission monies amongst other levies.
