“In a notice, the placement service indicated that it is time for students to apply for their preferred course in an institution of your choice.
The portal is now open for placement for students seeking to join Universities,those who want to Tvet institutions, those joining Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), those joining Teachers Training Colleges (TTC) and Open University of Kenya ( OUK) as well.
The placement service targets the KCSE class of 2023 and Form 4 leavers as well as KCSE 2000 to 2022 learners.
In the recently released KCSE examination, a total of 903, 260 candidates sat for the papers which began on October 23, 2023 and ended on November .
Data from the ministry of education shoes that a total of 899,453 candidates sat for the 2023 KCSE .Of this , 450,554 ®️ wer male as another 448,899 were females.

KNEC released the 2023 KCSE results on January 8, 2024, in Eldoret county.
In the analysed results, showed that subcounty secondary schools hosted about 66 per cent of examination centres in 2023,buy produced only seven A students in the entire country.
On the same results still, the National schools, which comprise less than one per cent of KCSE exam centres, managed a total of 899 A students.
On the other hand, the Extra-county schools registered a total of 172 As as compared to county schools which had 5 A students on the same examination.
