Kenya Medical Training College ( KMTC ) has approved the following diploma courses and their qualifications requirements to be offered across various campuses .
Nutrition and Dietetics Diploma
Requires one to have a Mean Grade C-, a D+ in English or Kiswahili and D+ in Biology/Biological Sciences, a D+ in Chemistry/Physical Science .
One will also require D in any one of the following:
Home Science subject, Agric, Mathematics, in Physics, in Physical Sciences and General Science.
Health Records and Information Technology diploma
Qualified students are those with Mean Grade C, a C in English or Kiswahili and C- in Mathematics.
Also one needs a D+ in Biology/Biological Sciences C- in any one of the following: Phyc/Physical Sciences,in Chemistry, Computer Studies,in Agriculture,in Home Science, in Economics, inGeography, Commerce and in Business Studies.
Clinical Medicine & Surgery Diploma
Requires a mean grade of C in English or Kiswahili, a C plain in Biology/Biological Sciences.
Also a C- in Chemistry/Physical Sciences C- in any one of the following areas: in Mathematics, in Physics/Physical Sciences.
Physiotherapy diploma
It is one of the Diploma medical courses under KMTC that requires a mean Grade C, a C in English or Kiswahili and C- in Biology plus a C- in any two of the following:in Chemistry, Mathematics or in Physics/ Physical Sciences.
Requires a mean Grade C,a C in English or Kiswahili and Biology/Biological Sciences plus Chemistry/ Physical Sciences .
Another C is needed in any one of the following: –in Physics/Physical Sciences or in Mathematics.
Medical Engineering Diploma
One must have a Mean Grade C, a C in English or Kiswahili and Mathematics and Physics/Physical Sciences.
One should have a C- in any one of the following: – in Biology/Biological Sciences, in Chemistry, in Electricity, Metal Work and Technical Drawing.
Health Promotion diploma
Requires a mean Grade C, a C in English or Kiswahili .
Also a C- in Biology/Biological Sciences D+ in any one of the following: in Mathematics, in Physics/Physical Sciences or in Chemistry.
Public Health Diploma
Requires a Mean Grade C,another C in English or Kiswahili and Biology/Biological Sciences .
Also one must have C- in Mathematics and any one of the following: in Physics/Physical Sciences or in Chemistry.
Requires a Mean Grade C,have C in English or Kiswahili and C- in Biology/Biological Sciences
Also C- is needed in any one of the following: –in Physics/Physical Sciences, in Chemistry, in Mathematics, Agriculture or in Home Science.

Community Oral Health in Diploma
Requires a mean Grade C, also a C in English or Kiswahili and Biology/Biological Sciences C- in any two of the following: in Physics/Physical Sciences, in Chemistry, in Mathematics.
Dental Technology diploma
Requires a mean Grade C,another C in English or Kiswahili and Physics/Physical Sciences or Chemistry C- in Biology/Biological Sciences and in any one of the following: in Metal Work,in Physics, in Physical Science or in Chemistry, Mathematics.
