The Kenya National Examination council (KNEC) has released 2023 KPSEA exams results and can be accessed at the KNEC CBA portal.Note that this portal is not accessible to individual candidates and parents.
It means that these two therefore cannot download the results directly from the portal.
KPSEA results can only be accessible only with the respective school, through the head teacher or designated teacher.
These are the only ones who can access the results and avail them to the rest of the students or the public.
How can one get KPSEA results online for Grade 6 learners.
TGE Examination council issues KPSEA assessment so as to scrutinise the learning progress of all students and give feedback on areas that need improvement under the CBC.
After assessment, knec issues a certificate known as performance report to the learners .

Checking KPSEA results on the CBA Portal
It is advisable to can use the CBA portal as the official site to check KPSEA results. Key steps to follow:
- Access the CBA Portal with a computer or laptop
- Ensure Signing in to the portal using valid CBA login credentials. Important credentials here are a username and password provided to you during registration.
- Upon entering correct details, now click the login button to access the CBA portal home page.
- Move to the option labelled Grade 6.
- Next is to click on Assessment Reports.
- Navigate through the NOMINAL ROLL.
- Now copy the Assessment Number of the student Report.
- Next is rot return to the option labelled KPSEA slip.
- Then paste the student Assessment Number.
- Finally click View.
Immediately you will have the student’s details, then you can download or print it.
Just Incase you have difficulty logging into the CBA portal,ensure that you received the registered school code. Also do proper confirmation of your password, do the following:
- Next go to click on Need Help or Forgotten Password.
- You will get a pop-up message will appear.
Note that the pop-up message will request that you contact your area SCDE (Sub County Director of Education) who will register your school to receive the KNEC Code.
Then use the code as the Username.
Note that tht area SCDE will also issue you a password to log in to the portal.
